From there you can view the most up-to-date availability and book in real time. This is the most convenient and easiest way to book. There may be a delay in responding to phone calls to the salon and social media messages during working / non working hours.

Booking Policy
In order to complete and secure your appointment with us – you will be asked for full contact details, and to pay a ‘booking fee’ at the time the appointment is booked. The fee is set at percentage of the value of the treatment (variable depending on service). This amount will be deducted from the total cost at the time of payment.
However, it is important to make you aware that if you fail to show for your booked appointment for any reason (including factors ‘out with your control’), or cancel with less than 12 hours notice – we will take the full amount of the treatment cost from your card.
If you cancel with minimal notice (between 12-48hrs), we will withhold the booking fee. This goes a small way towards recouping the costs involved to a small independent salon in terms of lost business and paying staff. We hope you understand. Thank You.
